If the 'Available Updates' is grayed out, it means that your vehicle is either not eligible for MapCare or there is not an update available yet. You should be able to open the Gen 2 Toolbox that you downloaded from after entering your year, make and model (Make sure that 'Gen2 is displayed in the top left hand corner). It is possible that there is a new map update available for your 2016/2016 Subaru Vehicle. (I did do a cursory search of Forum without much luck, but if any of these questions have already been answered, references to the relevant posts would be sufficient.) I'd be very grateful for some facts and/or guidance on how to proceed. I presume many have encountered most of these issues before. (This means that questions can only be submitted about limited topics like registering and logging in.)Ħ) Even after successfully creating a support ticket as in (5), Naviextras support is apparently totally unresponsive.
